All our Mozzarella is tested on arrival on site. We randomly test each and every pallet to ensure the cooking properties such as flavour, melt & stretch matches the specifications of the Mozzarella.
We don't stop there! After our blending process our expert team of quality assurance randomly tests the shredded pizza cheese to ensure our Prima quality is never compromised.

Prima Cheese Brand is currently stocked in the UK in Asda (Wal-Mart) in 250g weight sizes.
Our packaging has been designed to optimise ‘shelf attraction’ so that shoppers visually observe the product.
We are able to pack any of our Mozzarella and Pizza blends into 250g or 500g for the retail market, and are currently operating these weights in printed bags for our grated cheddars only.
